The only reason he dropped as far as he did was the Russian factor and that he’d already signed a long-term contract with SKA. Michkov coming over early is for sure a coup for Philly, and he’s a serious offensive talent.

Michkov is good but he's definitely got his flaws. I found his vision to be elite but his play under pressure to a different story. He looked world class against slow teams but looked like a complete liability against fast forecheckers (which isn't surprising as a 17 year old in a men's league).
