The shims are placed under your spring perches, above your springs with the fat end of the shim facing the front of your jeep. So facing your front driver's side tire, the fat end is to your left.

Follow along and I will attempt to relate the trials and tribulations I encounter. 1). I bought the front and rear axles out of a 1979 Wagoneer because they were Dana 44's.
