We proactively reach out to members, increasing enrollment and utilization. Members meet with Papa Pals. Papa Pals browse visits on our platform and select the best fit based on preferences and availability.

Papa Pals help Papa members, including older adults, seniors, and families in many ways. For example, they can drive them to doctor's appointments and offer a helping hand at the grocery store or pharmacy.
