The Alaska State Troopers were informed that an “overdue aircraft” had gone missing with nine passengers and a pilot on board, according to a dispatch message posted on their website.
An argument escalated to a shooting and resulted in the death of 25-year-old Mashay Miller of Chicago, the Arizona Department of Public Safety said.
