Neiman Marcus announced Tuesday it will close its flagship store in downtown Dallas after more than 100 years. The store will close March 31st after parent company Saks Global was ordered to terminate occupancy.

The news comes less than a year after Neiman Marcus’ merger with Saks Fifth Avenue and shortly after the announcement of the closing of their CityPlace offices.

Neiman Marcus shuttered its gigantic three-floor office in Dallas as a cost-cutting measure by owner Saks Global. The Dallas-based luxury department store chain has been a mainstay in the area and even received $5.
