Bajaj Housing Finance's net profit for Q2 FY25 rose by 21% to Rs 546 crore, with revenue from operations up by 26% to Rs 2,410 crore. Assets under management grew by 26%, while loan losses and provisions declined significantly.

The housing finance company maintained its AUM momentum with 26% growth this quarter. Shares of Bajaj Housing Finance ended at ₹136.55, down by ₹2.75, or 1.97%, on the BSE.

The revenue from operations also saw a significant rise, with the company reporting Rs 2,410 crore for Q2FY25.

The shares of Bajaj Finance on Wednesday (October 23) experienced a rally after the company released its financial results of Q2FY25 on October 22. Following this, the shares of the company today surged overs 6.

BFL's assets under management grew 29% YoY to Rs 3.73 lakh crore. New loans booked were up 14% to 9.69 million. Total customer franchise grew 20% to 92.09 million.

Bajaj Finance said Q2 FY25 was a mixed quarter as volumes, AUM and operating efficiencies were good but loan losses remained elevated. As a result, profit growth and ROA were muted, it added.
