Turkish warplanes attacked nearly three dozen targets of a Kurdish militant organization in northern Iraq and Syria, Ankara's ministry of defense said late Wednesday.

Turkey launched strikes on Kurdish militants in northern Iraq and Syria late on Wednesday evening after blaming the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) for an attack on a defence company in Ankara that left seven people dead.

Various videos from the attack earlier on Wednesday show at least two people firing guns around the entrance of Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), which is located some 40km (25 miles) outside the capital.
