BELOIT — One person is dead after a Rock County Public Works Department snowplow and a semi tractor trailer were involved in what the DPW is calling a “significant crash” on I-39/90 on Friday.

A Rock County crash left a Milwaukee man dead on Friday morning. The man was driving a semi that crashed into a snowplow. The crash blocked all lanes of southbound traffic on I-39/90 near Beloit.
