After spending nearly 7 months in zero gravity, astronaut Sunita Williams overcame the challenge of re-learning to walk, then set a record with a 5.5-hour spacewalk. Along with Butch Willmore, Williams smashed Peggy Whitson's record for total spacewalk time at the International Space Station and conducted vital experiments on microbial survival in space.

Williams, 59, and her colleague Butch Wilmore have been stuck aboard the ISS after the Boeing Starliner capsule malfunctioned, forcing it to return without them.

Indian-origin astronaut Sunita Williams along with Butch Wilmore has been stranded at the International Space Station (ISS) for over seven months after a technical issue delayed her eight-day mission, which was supposed to conclude in June. Williams is now "trying to remember what it’s like to walk."
