Meta is offering creators up to $5,000 in bonuses to switch to Facebook and Instagram. The cash incentive depends on the size of their social media footprint and comes days after TikTok went dark in the U.

Meta extended the length of Reels videos, and launched a bonus program targeting TikTok creators in a bid to bring them to the Instagram and Facebook video platform.

Bloomberg reported Tuesday that the two companies had teamed up on a smart glasses partnership. The glasses will be marketed to athletes, according to the report. Citing “people with knowledge of the matter,” the news outlet lays out some of the ways in which Meta plans to diversify its smart glasses product base in the coming years:
