As a winter storm develops and moves into our area, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced they are placing speed restrictions on some Pennsylvania roads.

PennDOT is temporarily reducing the speed limit on several roadways in the region due to the weather Wednesday night.
