A lawsuit appears to be the first challenge to the constitutionality of an executive order barring trans athletes from girls’ and women’s sports teams.

Two transgender teen athletes in New Hampshire have added the Trump administration to a lawsuit after the president signed an executive order banning trans athletes from women's sports.

The order, called “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports,” is based on the Trump administration’s interpretation of Title IX.
