Officials in Sao Paulo have announced in the last hour that two people have died as a result of the crash, and two other people are hospitalized.
A small aircraft has crashed on an avenue in Sao Paulo, killing at least two of its passengers. That's according to the local firefighter corps.
The plane crashed just five minutes after taking off from campo de Marte. It had attempted an emergency landing, it's understood.
