Gary Day has been charged with kidnapping 16-year-old Sophia Franklin of Wisconsin, who is reportedly still missing after an Amber Alert was issued on February 3.
An Amber Alert was issued in Wisconsin Monday night for 16-year-old Sophia Martha Franklin. The alert originated out of Beaver Dam in Dodge County. Franklin, 16, is believed to be with Gary F.
