Vrabel will reportedly be “the man” making the personnel decisions in New England, along with serving as the head coach. There’s hope that his arrival will be a much-needed wake-up call for a Patriots team coming off three straight losing seasons.

When New England took Maye with the No. 3 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, it was with the idea that he'd become a franchise player, and Vrabel made it clear that he shares that optimism.
