A second victim has died in a mass shooting at a New Albany warehouse, police said Thursday. An employee at the KDC/ONE, a cosmetics and beauty products warehouse at 8800 Smith's Mill Road in far western Licking County, opened fire at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said. Two now have died, and four more were injured.

A Licking County grand jury is considering additional charges against 28-year-old Columbus man Bruce Foster after he was arraigned Thursday on a charge of aggravated murder. Foster is accused of killing two people and injuring four others Tuesday in a shooting at KDC/ONE,
