Josiah Hughley, 22, is accused of shooting and killing the 29-year-old father while attempting to steal his car with two other young men. An investigator with the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office testified that cell phone data from Hughley’s phone placed him at the scene at the time of Coleman’s death.
