Turkish media reports say an explosion followed by gunfire was heard at the premises of Turkish aerospace and defense company.

A Turkish aerospace company was targeted in a “terror” attack in the capital Ankara, Turkish interior minister Ali Yerlikaya, said Wednesday on X.

Five people have been killed and 14 wounded in an attack on an aerospace firm near the Turkish capital of Ankara, the government said. Two attackers - a man and a woman - were killed in the skirmish after witnesses heard gunfire and an explosion at the site, interior minister Ali Yerlikaya said.
