Space Marine 2 developer Saber Interactive has announced Update 4.1, set to hit the game on October 24, and detailed its patch notes. Update 4.1 follows hot on the heels of last week’s controversial Update 4.

Last week, Space Marine 2's 4.0 update arrived and many players weren’t happy about it. While the free patch did add a new mission, it also made the co-op third-person shooter much, much harder in some annoying ways.

As a Warhammer fan, Ive never been happier for a game to succeed than Space Marine 2. Ive seen so many new people join the hobby thanks to the game, lore YouTubers are seeing their numbers shoot up, and Ive been able to roleplay as a Dark Angel purging the online servers of Chaos heretics.
