There was a lot of drama at NFL Honors on Thursday and most of that came from the MVP race. In one of the closest votes of the night, Josh Allen ended up taking home the award after edging out Lamar Jackson.

The Bills signal caller was awarded his first MVP trophy, edging out two-time winner Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens. Allen's fantastic season featured 40 combined passing and rushing touchdowns, while also helping Buffalo reach the AFC Championship in an instant classic against the Kansas City Chiefs.

A red-carpet appearance by legendary NFL coach Bill Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend sparked jokes by NFL Honors Night host Snoop Dogg.
