NORTH WOODSTOCK, N.H. (AP) — An annual architectural celebration of ice is up and running again in New Hampshire and several other states.

Emer Mezzetti, 56, drowned Saturday night after falling through the ice at Big Island Pond, New Hampshire State Police said.

New Hampshire Police say they recovered the body of a woman that fell through the ice of a pond over the weekend.

Police are searching for a woman who fell through the ice at a pond in New Hampshire on Saturday. Officers received a call around 5:30 p.m. about a person yelling for help at Big Island Pond in Atkinson.

One person is dead after a crash in Andover, New Hampshire, according to WMUR-TV. The crash was reported on Currier Road shortly before 12 a.m. Monday. When crews arrived at the scene, they found a pickup in small pond that is used by firefighters. The identity of the person who died was not released.

The truck appeared to have drifted on the ice-covered road for a few hundred feet before the crash, police said.
