Despite sleep experts -- and the president -- wanting to eliminate time changes, daylight saving time is about to begin again.

This Sunday most of us will lose an hour of sleep as we set our clocks one hour ahead to Daylight Saving Time (DST). There’s a movement afoot to do away with DST, a notion that has gained favor with President Trump and Elon Musk.
