Hi Tina. When did you send the email and when are you visiting Reykjavík? I booked a few months in advance and would definitely recommend making an advance booking to avoid disappointment. I contacted them via the booking form on the website and received a response within a day or two. It is a small studio and I imagine they will be super busy, so try not to worry about a delay in getting a response. You can always try contacting them via their Facebook page/messenger. Hope this is helpful and hope you get booked in - we loved it. :)

They are digital via Smash. Once your session is complete, Mink will send you all the photos with watermarks to make your selection depending on the package you decided to take. Once you decide, email them back with your final list & they will then resend you 2 files to download: 1 for internet & phones that no longer has the watermark but their logo on the bottom right corner. The 2nd for print with no watermark or logo. And they do mention that you have 30 days since its Smash (cloud) that auto deletes. However you can get them resent if needed. Hope this helps. It is worth it!
