Hudson House by RiverSpring Living provides affordable housing in the heart of the Riverdale community to eligible, low-income adults ages 62 and up as part of the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 202 Housing Program. Applicants who have been displaced, are living in substandard housing, pay more than 50% of their income for rent, or who are victims of elder abuse will receive a preference for placement. We offer activities and assistance, as well as promote independence among our tenants.
